Who we are

The Bloom Collective is a women's social club based in Copenhagen, Denmark, operating as the trading name of Bloom Society, registered in Denmark under CVR 46404262. Bloom Society is the data controller responsible for your personal data under this policy. You can contact us at thebloomcollectiveofficial@gmail.com.

What data we collect

Contact form: when you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and the message you send us.

Event sign-ups: when you register for an event, we collect your first and last name, email address, phone number, and - where relevant - any dietary restrictions you tell us about.

Payments: for paid events, payment is processed directly by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details - Stripe handles this in accordance with its own privacy policy and security standards.

How we use your data

We use your data to respond to your enquiries, manage your event registration, process payments, and send you a confirmation email (including a calendar invite) for events you've signed up for. We do not share your data with third parties beyond the service providers listed below, and we do not use it for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

Where your data is stored

Your event registration details are stored securely in our internal systems for the purpose of managing our events, and are not publicly accessible. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. Contact form submissions are received by email only and are not stored in a database.

Some of our service providers may be based outside the EU/EEA, including in the United States. Where this is the case, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent data protection framework) to keep your data protected to EU standards.

How long we keep your data

We keep event registration data for as long as necessary to manage our events and for reasonable record-keeping purposes afterward. Contact form submissions are retained only as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry. You can request deletion of your data at any time - see your rights below.

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us at thebloomcollectiveofficial@gmail.com.

Cookies & analytics

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our event sign-up form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a security check that helps us prevent spam and automated abuse, which may set a small amount of technical data as part of that verification.

We use a privacy-friendly analytics service to understand aggregate website traffic, such as visits and popular pages. It does not use cookies and does not track you across other websites or build an individual profile of you.
