Our policy

Tickets and sign-ups for our events are final. Under the Danish Consumer Contracts Act (Forbrugeraftaleloven § 18(2)(12)), the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure activities tied to a specific date - which includes all of our events.

Something come up?

We get it - life happens. While refunds aren't guaranteed, we review cancellation and refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Reach out to us as soon as you know you can't make it, and we'll see what we can do.
