Flow and Glow

A sunny afternoon, yoga in the park, and new connections ✨ We started with a mindful yoga session led by the amazing @ivysyoga 🧘‍♀️ Afterwards, we enjoyed fresh strawberries, grapes, delicious cinnamon buns from @alaskakaffe, refreshing drinks from @laesk_kombucha, and goodie bags with a face oil from @purelyprofessional for that extra post-workout glow 🍇🍓🥐 A huge thank you to the 30 wonderful women who joined us and made this event so special 💛 A special thank you to our sponsors, @laesk_kombucha and @purelyprofessional, for your support and for helping make this event possible!
